Denver-based singer-songwriter Simone Nicole creates emotionally immersive music that blends intimate storytelling, cinematic production, and powerhouse vocals. Drawing from folk, pop, rock, and Americana influences, her songs explore love, loss, longing, and the complexities of being human with striking honesty and emotional depth.

A lifelong musician, Simone began singing and playing drums at an early age before teaching herself guitar and stepping onto local stages in 2008. While her songwriting forms the backbone of her work, it is her unmistakable voice - equal parts vulnerability and strength - that leaves the strongest impression. Whether performing stripped-down acoustic sets, energetic rock-leaning arrangements, or fully produced originals, Simone's ability to inhabit every lyric creates an immediate connection with listeners.

Having spent her childhood moving between the United States and Switzerland before eventually settling in Texas, Simone developed a deep appreciation for storytelling, change, and the search for belonging. Those themes continue to shape her music today. Refusing to be confined by genre, she draws inspiration from a diverse collection of singer-songwriters, the powerful vocals of '90s country, the raw emotion of rock music, the carefree hooks of pop, and the expressive depth of classical music, creating a sound that is distinctly her own.

As a live performer, Simone has shared stages with artists including Shania Twain, Lauren Daigle, and Youngtones. As one half of the duo Runaway Sky, she has also opened for Sixpence None the Richer and Alexz Johnson. Her performance experience includes appearances at House of Blues Dallas, Kessler Theater, Six Flags Over Texas, the Texas State Fair, and venues throughout Texas and beyond. Whether performing solo or as part of a collaborative project, Simone is known for delivering emotionally engaging performances that leave a lasting impression on audiences.

Simone was named Fort Worth's Best Musician in 2021 and later earned Best Female Vocalist and Best Pop Act honors in the 2023 Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards. She has also received nominations from the W.A.M. Awards and Dallas Observer Music Awards, with coverage from publications including Indie Spoonful, RAG Talent, and Fort Worth Weekly.
